Dr. Elsa Maxwell Bourdon is an interculturalist and scholar-practitioner with 20+ years of experience. She currently serves as Director of Academic Partnerships at CulturaGo, where she focuses on career readiness and assessment. Previously Elsa held leadership roles at CIEE, and was also a faculty at the U of Minnesota and the U Adolfo Ibáñez. Elsa holds a doctorate from the Universidad de Chile.
