Megan Randall is responsible for advancing CEA CAPA Education Abroad’s commitment to facilitating "Career Development for All", ensuring all CEA CAPA students gain the most in-demand career-readiness competencies needed to succeed on their educational programs abroad and thrive in the 21st century global workforce upon returning home. Megan has over 15 years of experience fostering students’ academic, personal, and professional development in the US and abroad within the fields of study abroad and career services. She holds a Master's in International Education and a Bachelor's in Sociology.
